Step 1:  Contact Elite Restoration for an assessment of the damage. An Elite Restoration representative will come out and assess the damage in your home. We work with all Insurance Companies and will help communicate with your Insurance Company to get services approved.

Step 2: Emergency services. If your home is in need of emergency services (such as window board up, roof tarping, drying [water mitigation], or emergency cleaning) we would dispatch our crews immediately to you.

Step 3: Packing and moving of contents. If your home is in need of these services, Elite Restoration will come in and determine what contents are salvageable and able to be cleaned and RESTORED back to it's pre loss condition. If contents are deemed unsalvageable (items unable to be returned to it's pre loss condition) then Elite Restoration will inventory those items so that you may submit them to your insurance company for replacement and dispose of items if needed.

This is a general guideline of the restoration process. Not every loss is the same so therefore it is unable to give a complete accurate step by step process for every claim.

Step 4: Demolition. If parts of your home are unable to be RESTORED to your preloss condition. Elite Restoration will remove these areas.

Step 5: Cleaning. Once demolition has been completed and unsalvageable items have been removed, Elite Restoration will clean and deodorize all structure and remaining contents. This includes sealing any structure that is porous and could hold an odor.

Step 6: Reconstruction. Elite Restoration does not offer reconstruction, however, can refer you to a highly recommended company.

Step 7:Move back and final clean up.  Once all structure has been put back to its pre loss condition, Elite Restoration will do one final clean up of all reconstruction debris and move your cleaned contents back where they belong.
